Steps:
- Run Internet Explorer as an Administrator by right clicking it.
- Log into the DVR/NVR and go to Payback.
3. Click the download icon. Download file needed.
4. Go to C:\Users\Your user\Web\DownloadFiles
- Locate the files inside the folder.
I’m trying to download video files from the web interface, but they do not save anywhere
