What can I do if I cannot connect the floodlight camera to my router?

  • Reset the camera. Wait until camera LED light flashes in Blue before starting to set up.
  • ONE Nova Floodlight camera can only be set up with LaView ONE app
  • Uninstall and reinstall the LaView ONE App on your phone. Make sure the App is up to date.
  • Move the router closer to the camera
  • Modify the SSID and password of the WiFi network, remove special characters like ‘_’, ‘@’ and space.
  • If possible, try to connect to a router of different brand/model
