- Reset the camera. Wait until camera LED light flashes in Blue before starting to set up.
- ONE Nova Floodlight camera can only be set up with LaView ONE app
- Uninstall and reinstall the LaView ONE App on your phone. Make sure the App is up to date.
- Move the router closer to the camera
- Modify the SSID and password of the WiFi network, remove special characters like ‘_’, ‘@’ and space.
- If possible, try to connect to a router of different brand/model
