As for mobile viewing, please download the ‘LaView Connect’ app to add your system. Here are more instructions about the P2P connection.

Before adding your system to the mobile phone, please make sure your system is connected to the router and is showing 'Online' status. Please go to your system menu -> Configuration -> Network -> PT Cloud/Platform Access page to double-check your system's online status.

In the LaView Connect app, please

1) Register an account.

2) Go to your system menu -> Configuration -> Network -> PT Cloud/Platform Access page to locate your QR Code.

3) Go to your 'LaView Connect' app -> tap the '+' icon -> choose 'NVR/DVR' and scan the QR Code to add your system. You will be asked to enter the system admin password to complete the connection process.
