If you need to download the recording files, please go to your NVR‘s Playback page, there is a scissor icon to allow you to clip the selected file in your playback so that you could download the recorded files on the USB. Please refer to the pictures for better understanding.

(1) clip the files

After opening the playback, click the scissor icon to clip the selected file, and click the icon again to stop the clip function. Then playback clip is done. Recorded clip will be saved as *.264 format.

(2) tap the file icon to choose the file to download
